Our Parent Portal gives you a window into your child’s day at Butterfly Nursery.
We use a secure app called Famly, which allows you to stay connected, receive updates, and keep everything in one place, from daily activities to important nursery messages.
Everything you see in the portal is shared securely and only with your child’s parents or carers.
What you’ll find in the app
Daily updates & news
See regular updates from your child’s room, including photos, notes, and moments from the day, a little like a private nursery news feed.
Your child’s activities
View learning activities, play experiences, and observations shared by your child’s key person, helping you understand how they’re learning and developing.
Nursery calendar
Keep track of important dates such as closures, events, trips, and special days through the built-in calendar.
Messages & notifications
Receive important messages and announcements from the nursery, so you never miss key information.

Explore activities linked to early years learning, giving insight into the areas your child is exploring through play.

How to access the app
Once your child has started with us, you’ll receive an invitation to join Famly by email.
The portal can be accessed via the Famly mobile app or through your web browser.
